Malaysian Streetfood Pop Up – 20th – 22nd November

We are very happy that Wild Serai will be back at Cornercopia for a weekend of Delicious Malaysian streetfood. We were at their recent Chili crab shack and the flavours were superb! Wild Serai will be celebrating some of Malaysia’s best streetfood dishes at their weekend long pop up at Cornercopia from Thursday 20th – Saturday 22nd November and here is their menu:

Malaysian Street Food Supper – £27
Complimentary welcome cocktail – lemongrass infused Margarita
Keropok – Fluffy Prawn Crackers
Malaysian chicken satay served with a tangy peanut sauce
Mains
Nasi Lemak – fragrant jasmine rice cooked in coconut milk served with a spicy prawn sambal, peanuts, anchovies, egg served with beef rendang ( tender beef stew infused in 15 different spices and slow cooked for 5 hours) and nyonya fried chicken
Desert
Bubur cha cha – Classic Malaysian desert of sago , sweet potato, banana, coconut milk and palm sugar
Cengkodok – Fried banana balls
